Leisure Acres is an active community for 55 and older adults who can live independently. It is located off of Clyde Park, between 28th St. and Burton, in Wyoming, Michigan.

Living on a fixed income? Leisure Acres is a cooperative program for seniors over the age of 55. Condominiums often go up for sale, and the monthly dues cover utilities and a bunch of other stuff.

Monthly dues cover all Utilities, trash removal, landscape, mowing, snow and ice removal as well as exterior building and grounds maintenance.
